Videobox has a great offer for affiliate site- 50% recurring revenues for the life of a subscriber. The use 30 day cookies to track referals and offer 3 “brands” of their websites. They have their straight video site in both a $9.95 per month and XMovie at $29.95 a month. Both are the same site with different sign-up prices- you choose which you prefer to promote. The also offer an upsell on the Videobox site that increases the video resolution to DVD quality for $17.95 a month.
In addition to the straight sites they have a $9.95 a month gay site called VideoboxMen. It has a similar DVD quality upsell option. I promote the $9.95 sites as a great value and get a few dozen signups each month. Since the price is small and low compared to comprable sites few cancelations occur.
Subscribers can download unlimited videos from over 4000 DVDs. Each DVD is posted by scene and the scenes are tagged with the movie studio, actress names, video topics (anal, asian, fetish, big tits, teen, gonzo, facial, masturbation, etc.), viewer ratings and the video length is listed. One of the funnest parts of the site are the review comments posted by visitors.
Videos can be downloaded directly to your computer in different resolutions. The file sizes are listed so you can determine if you have the storage space and bandwidth for it. You can also choose to simply view the video using a Flash viewer which allows you to easily scroll through the video using a slide and thumbnail images showing you what is in that segment of the video. One thing I have never seen before and am very impressed with is the custom download feature. Using a series of video thumbnails you can specify the start and stop points of the video file you download.
Videobox offers banners, free videos, screen capture galleries, videos of the day and tours as promotional materials. The promotional tools they offer may not be as sophisticated as some other adult programs but their service almost sells itself. A large percent of my adult affiliate income comes from Videobox.
